Walk & Make
A Nature-Based Creative Wellbeing Session
Walk & Make is a reflective outdoor workshop that brings together gentle walking and simple, hands-on art-making. It invites a different kind of creative experience one that unfolds through movement, nature, and the act of making, rather than in a studio or formal setting.
Set in Perth’s natural surrounds, these process-based sessions create space to slow down, explore ideas, and reconnect with yourself, your environment, and the creative process.
These nature-based creative sessions are offered in Perth parks, bushland, and coastal locations and can be enjoyed solo, shared with a friend, or tailored for a small group or team. With a focus on expression and flow rather than finished products, Walk & Make supports creative wellbeing through movement, making, and connection with the natural world.
Sometimes the most meaningful shifts happen not by trying harder, but by changing the way we engage with ourselves, our surroundings, and the creative process.
Who Is Walk & Make For?
Walk & Make is ideal for individuals seeking reflective time outdoors, friends looking to share a creative experience, or teams wanting to step away from the usual routine and reconnect in a different way.
Whether you're navigating change, supporting wellbeing at work, or simply looking for a new kind of team activity, these nature-based creative workshops offer a calm, engaging way to slow down, make meaning, and connect with yourself, and each other, in Perth’s beautiful natural surrounds.

The Value of Making and Moving
Through movement, nature, and simple creative practices, people often find clarity, calm, or a fresh perspective without the pressure to talk or produce anything polished. It’s about the process: walking, noticing, and making.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not about fixing or analysing. It’s a grounded, creative wellbeing experience for those who want to reflect, think, or create in a different way outdoors, at their own pace.
What To Expect?
Walk & Make takes you outdoors to some of Perth’s beautiful bushland and coastal trails for a creative experience that unfolds along the way.
We walk, we make using simple, sensory materials and walk back with something you've created in hand. It’s slow, spacious, and a little bit unexpected.
Perfect for individuals, small groups, or teams wanting a meaningful pause and a fresh way to connect.
