Frequently Asked Questions
Workshops
-
Not at all. These workshops are process-based and focus on creativity as a tool for reflection and wellbeing not on producing polished artworks.
-
They’re designed for adults and suitable for individuals, teams, or community groups. Past participants have included defence personnel, health professionals, FIFO workers, educators, and carers.

I’m based in Perth but open to travel and collaboration in regional WA. I’ve previously lived and worked in regional communities and welcome opportunities to reconnect through creative projects. Workshops are suitable for a wide range of workplaces, including corporate teams, health services, FIFO settings, and community organisations.
-
These sessions focus on process and wellbeing, not technique or final outcomes. They’re grounded in arts-in-health practice, not formal instruction.

No! Creative Wellbeing Workshops are not psychological therapy. They are non-clinical sessions designed to support reflection, expression, and creative process. While many participants find them calming or personally meaningful, they are not delivered under Michelle’s registration as a psychologist and do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic intervention.

Yes! Some pieces are available, while others have already found homes. If something you love is no longer available, I’m happy to discuss the possibility of a commission or creating something in a similar spirit.
Please enquire about availability.
-
Yes, I’m happy to discuss commissions, depending on availability and project fit. I enjoy working collaboratively to create something meaningful and personal. While I can draw inspiration from past works or ideas you’re drawn to, I don’t replicate other artists’ work or reproduce sold pieces exactly, each commission is a unique process.
